Market Economy (3.1)

  • Does Our product supply consumers with an Economic Need or and Economic Want?

Want, we don’t need the bracelets they’re not needed in the economy in anyway but it’s a fashion trend

  • Natural Resource(s): Hevea brasiliensis

  • Capital Good(s): Dye, machine that print out words on the rubber band

  • Labor: employee

  • If you chose to limit the number of products that you made and offered for sale, therefore

lowering the supply, would your product be worth more or less? Explain

We think it’d be worth less because it’s nothing big like ipad or iphone 2 and it’s not really useful.

  • If you decided to change your production levels for the next year, and chose to make a

large number of products and offer them for sale, would your product be worth more or less? Explain

Less because, it’s nothing required, not needed, it’s just people want because they like it.

  • If another company saw that you were having success and decided to begin making a very similar product, would the demand for your product go up or down? How might this affect the price you charged for your product?

It would go down because they might sell it for a cheaper price. We would have to look at compareing and contrasting their prices to ours.
